HEALTH: FOOD DIARY #1

As promised to myself, I am going to start blogging about my health and fitness as I am very enthusiastic when it comes to them (if you follow me on instagram, you would definitely know- @hanrosewilliams). I thought I may possibly blog about my WOD's (workouts of the day), how to do them, my fitness progress, my food diary and other gym/ food related bits and bobs. Fitness is a real passion of mine and I would be happy to inspire just one person to try something new in the gym.


So here's what I ate yesterday. Bare in mind I am a student living in halls, so eating clean can be easy and cheap, let me reassure you. This isn't my best food diary, but it gives you an idea.

Breakfast: Muesli with skimmed milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: On-the-go brown pasta with tuna and sweetcorn
Snack: Raisins and a chocolate smooth protein shake after the gym
Dinner: Pork with onions, broccoli, green beans, sweet potato fries and some jelly
