I have owned this blender for almost two years now (as you can tell from the worn out writing!). It is perfect for smoothies but also other things, like making healthy pancake batter.
This is probably my favourite smoothie, especially for an on-the-go breakfast. 1 banana, two handfuls of spinach, 1 scoop of chocolate smooth protein (from Myprotein
), 2 prunes and some water.
This is a pretty pink berry smoothie. It contains 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 cup frozen raspberries and some water. Double ingredients if it isn't enough to fill you up.
This last smoothie is a little bit of a cheat, and can be made with milk or water. 1 banana, 2 1/2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, milk. I then added some ice as it was a bit to thick and not cold enough.
