Chocolate chip cookie dough. Yes you read that correctly! I received these for my birthday after looking at them for so long online. Quest really do hit the right spot with their flavours. It's like they're reading every clean eating persons mind and creating flavours that suit all of us. Well done Quest.
The stats are really good if you macro count like me. I got these off Amazon for you to have a look at:
They are such a good source of protein. 21g to 190 calories! At the moment, I'm aiming to get 110-120g of protein a day so if I'm ever low and fancy an after dinner dessert, these are perfect. Quest bars are made with a base of nut butters which creates the chewy texture. You can heat them up in the microwave for 12-15 seconds to soften it up a bit. They really do taste like cookie dough!
My box of 12 was £19.99 and that works out at about £1.66 per bar, which isn't bad considering a big Dairy Milk bar is about £1 and the Quest bar offer a lot more nutrition.
I couldn't believe it either, how is something that sounds, tastes and looks amazing can provide me with so much protein an excellent number of net carbs. I haven't been sent these, I just honestly love the bars and recommend them to everyone.
