By The Pool Workout

While you're on holiday, you may not want a whole week off working out and that's understandable. I feel like one week off puts me two weeks back. Especially with all the three course meals we had each night. So while I was away in Ibiza with my boyfriend (thinking of doing a holiday post- thoughts?) we kept fit by doing different things together which was very fun.

This workout we made up can be done right next to the pool. We incorporated the pool as the weather is too beautiful to pass on. Plus it meant we didn't get too sweaty! This is a full body workout and you could also swap the pool for a different type of cardio such as sprints or jumping jacks and do it in the gym.

3 Rounds:

20 Press Ups
2 Lengths
20 Sit Ups
2 Lengths
50 Squats
20 Dips
2 Lengths
20 Pull ups
2 Lengths

It took us about half an hour and we did get a few funny looks but hopefully they were good looks. I may also do a holiday fitness post! How do you keep fit on holiday?
