Happy December my gorgeous followers! I am so excited for this month as I am going home next week for five weeks. Over the past month in Uni, I have found some new items and fell in love with some old, take a look!
Now, I resulted to this little bad boy after all of my mascaras ran out. Tragic, I know. He was patiently waiting and slowly drying up in my samples and products to use box when I plucked him from the abyss and boy am I glad that I did. This mascara is brilliant, it's transforms my lashes from a blonde/ mousey brown colour to pitch black, really making my eyes look bigger. It doesn't thicken, but it doubles the length. I haven't heard much about this mascara, but when I am earning, I will be buying this.
Now I was sent this product some time in the early year, started using it, then moved on to something else, as we all do. But over the last month, I have rekindled my relationship with this moisturiser. Although it smells a little odd (I guess that's because of its organic ingredients?), it is lovely and thick and really sinks deep into your skin. It gets rid of any dry patches of skin I have and it is a huge bottle that'll last me all winter.
I seem to be reaching this lip product for every occasion. Blog events especially. It is a lovely, smooth product that has a nice dark peach/ rosy tint to it. I'm not sure how long this product will last, as I apply one 'dip' to my upper lip and one below but even so, it is an affordable lip product that everyone seems to be going crazy for (I actually did a full review of the product here
Yes, another moisturiser. But this time, it's for your body! I had to search my blog and check I haven't used this in a recent favourites and to my surprise I last blogger about it over a year ago, here
! This is a strong, thick, cocoa smelling moisturiser that is perfect for my skin this time of year as it tends to get rather dry. I love using this in the morning and especially on my glutes, as I always have stretch marks there and this product is known for helping with stretch marks.
I picked up this nail polish on a whim when Superdrug had 3-4-2 the other day. I never usually use nail polish as I have a gel nail kit, but I fancied a new colour so I picked out this gorgeous, deep red. How Christmasy is this? Now this does chip very quickly, but only if you haven't used a top coat, then it'll last almost a week. The colour is even richer and lasts longer if you use two coats of the colour. For the price, I don't think that's bad at all!
What have you been loving this month?
